CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (applies to all services booked with Spotlight.theArtist and The Muse Method education sessions) Appointment Commitment Your reservation is an exclusive block of time set aside just for you. In honoring that time, you honor both our craft and every guest on the schedule. 24‑Hour Cancellation Window Changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time incur a cancellation fee equal to 50 % of the booked service(s). Example: A $300 seamless install cancelled within 24 hours results in a $150 fee. No‑Show Policy Failure to arrive (or arrival more than 15 minutes late without notice) is considered a no‑show and will be charged 100 % of the reserved service value. Payment of Fees & Future Booking The cancellation/no‑show fee is due immediately; Card on file will be processed and/or a payment link will be sent to the email or mobile number on file. No new appointment can be secured until the outstanding fee is paid in full. A new deposit may also be required for future bookings at the artist’s discretion. Exceptions for True Emergencies Life happens. Please reach out as soon as possible; limited waivers may be granted for verified emergencies (e.g., documented medical issue, extreme weather).
